東南アジアを対象とした物流機能をマネージするポジションを募集しています。
-各営業拠点への物流機能に関わる支援、物流コストの分析、改善提案
-各拠点、物流プロセスにおけるKPI管理及び月間ベースでの日本本社へのレポート
-必要に応じた英文日文文書の翻訳、会議での通訳
【要件】
-3年以上の関連業務経験(事業会社での物流担当あるいは物流、倉庫会社での経験)
-Diploma以上の学歴が望ましい
-リーダーシップ、当該者意識を持ってプロジェクトを進められる方
-業務上ビジネスレベルでの英語および日本語の使用が可能な方

Our Client is provides the whole range of the brand’s products and solutions across the Southeast Asia and Oceania (APAC) region, covering 27 countries including 10 offices in Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Liaise with Group of Companies on logistics activities and manage business plan at (SEA) regional level. Analyse logistic cost and KPI and provide recommendations. Lead, organise and support regional logistics at National Sales Company(NSC) and committee level. Initiate projects by collaborating with headquarters and regional companies. Promote APAC standard process and strategy of supply chain among NSC and/or factories. Manage and present monthly regional activities reports. Provide translation of Japanese language documents to English language and vice versa.
Ideally you should have a minimum Diploma in any field with 3 years of professional experience in related field. You must have strong work ethics, motivation and leadership skills. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience in Supply Chain / Logistic industry is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill. Japanese Language proficiency is required as the role will have to liaise with Japan HQ counterparts and to provide translation work.
