Our Client: Our client is an established Japanese Management Consultancy firm. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a M&A Consultant. The Responsibilities: • Work closely with Head of M&A advisory for M&A projects in various industries across South East Asia with a focus on Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. • Assist M&A processes from start-to-end • Deal sourcing of mid market companies as well as later-stage startups • Prepare proposals articulating the deals and the value proposition to the client • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams of financial, tax and legal experts to progress the transaction • Conduct research for market comparison, financial and business analysis • Create presentation materials for clients ・シンガポール、マレーシア、インドネシアのM&Aプロジェクトに関与 ・中堅企業・後期スタートアップのディールソーシング ・提案書作成(取引内容、クライアント価値提案) ・専門家チームと協力し取引推進 ・財務諸表読解、財務分析実施 ・市場比較分析の調査実施 ・クライアント向けプレゼン資料作成
