Job Description
• Manage and disseminate development of strategies and basic policies for formulation of medium-term plan
• Summary of yearly plan
• Establishing calculation managements/analysis/report of estimated and actual results based on annual plan
• Creation, revision or abolition of HQ departments/organizational departments
• Planning and establishing service quality improvement strategy across all companies
• Secretariat of general shareholders' meeting
• Secretariat of Board of Directors meeting
• Plan and Promote company-wide projects
• Support the plan and execution of solutions in cooperation with the parties concerned with issues of business divisions and departments.
• Control, operate, and make adjustments for issues which includes dealing with other department.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or its equivalent
• Fluent in English and Japanese language (speaking & writing) as this position requires to liaise with Japanese Speaking clients. Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N1 or N2
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
