Our Client: Our client is a leading Japanese firm in the Construction industry. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Quantity Surveyor. The Responsibilities: • To perform estimation for variation submission • Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers • Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts • Perform measurements for quantities • Evaluation of price comparison • Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings • Monitoring of project variations • Any ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned The Requirements: • Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or Equivalent • Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant working experience • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
