Job Description
総務・人事・経理・秘書業務といったバックオフィス業務全般をご担当いただきます。社員数が少ないため、業務幅は広いものの、残業はほとんどありません。
一般事務業務:MD・駐在員の業務サポート(新規駐在員の着任補助、帰任者の帰任補助含む)、スケジュール管理、書類管理、稟議管理、出張手配(ビザ申請等含む)、受付・問合せ対応
総務・庶務業務:備品発注、建物管理、社内執務環境整備
経理補助業務:経費精算、会計事務所との連絡業務、ベーシックなBook Keeping※会計実務は会計事務所にアウトソース
人事関連業務:給与管理業務、労務・勤怠管理、福利厚生制度の管理

Requirements
 3年程度以上の事務・バックオフィス経験 ※人事・総務・経理経験者は優遇
 ビジネスレベルの英語力 ※社内会話はほぼ日本語、社外のローカル機関とのやりとりのため
 シンガポールに在住している方、シンガポールで勤務されている方
 チームワークを大切にでき、前向きに頑張ってくださる方。マルチタスクを正確にこなしていただける方。
