Job Description
・一般事務業務:MD・駐在員の業務サポート(新規駐在員の着任補助、帰任者の帰任補助含む)、スケジュール管理、書類管理、稟議管理、出張手配(大使館でのビザ申請等含む)、受付・問合せ対応
・総務・庶務業務:備品発注、社内執務環境整備
・人事関連業務:給与管理業務、労務・勤怠管理、福利厚生制度の管理
・経理補助業務:経費精算、会計事務所との連絡業務

Requirements
・3年程度以上のバックオフィス・事務経験歓迎  
・ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力のある方(電話対応ができるレベル)(業務で必要なため)
・チームプレーヤーで機転をきかしサポート業務を行って頂ける方
・マルチタスクを正確にこなしていただける方

They are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to work as Senior Sales Engineer/ Sales Manager, for their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool) within the designated sales territory so as to achieve the sales target set by management • Monitor, regulate and direct the activities of the sales representatives to maximize the market opportunities • To make forecasts / targets regularly and to monitor performance of the sales team in relation to these forecasts.
