The Responsibilities: <Finance & Accounting> Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements Optimise management of cash flows, process employee claims, and perform monthly vendor payment Perform billing to customers Collect debts by sending Statements of Account and reminder letters to clients. Generate weekly AR Aging report for sales teams. Support the annual budgeting process and contribute to quarterly forecasting activities Liaise with tax agent for the filing of annual tax returns and addressing any tax-related issues Prepare quarterly reports for GST reporting Liaise with auditors regarding audit-related concerns.
