Our client is a well established travel agency in inbound business and been established since 1980. As one of Singapore's well established travel companies, we handle tourists from Japan, Taiwan and China.
They are inviting highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join our operations team to support our aggressive growth.
They are licensed with Singapore Travel Agent and a Member of NATAS.
Job Description
1) Operations staff
Inbound business operation.
Working hour is 9am to 6pm with 5 working days. Certain days the working hours may varies due to the flight timing where the group arriving and departing time may be in midnight or early morning , however the company will compensate or off in lieu.
No overtime payment.
*インバウンド旅行業務(日本の団体旅行者のシンガポール内旅行業務)
*主に日本からの修学旅行生(100~200人規模)のシンガポール現地旅行調整と実行
*日本からのEmailでの要望が来るのでそれに応じてホテル・添乗員のアレンジメント
*ホテル空き確認との料金交渉
*空港へのお出迎えからホテルの鍵の用意、レストランの現地アテンド、添乗員のアテンド
Requirements
* Must be Fluent and eloquent in Japanese, ( both writing and speaking as well ) as will be working with Japanese clients and our Japanese counterparts.
* Fluent in English a plus for this position to be able to liaise with our Singapore local suppliers.
* Experience in travel industry minimum with 2-3 years experiences is preferred.
* Must be Computer literate.
