Job Description
・現地法人社長のスケジュール管理
・社内外への連絡対応
・海外出張手配
・その他、PA業務に付随する業務全般
・Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
・Handling all travel arrangements for the CEO which includes preparing itineraries, arranging accommodation, air tickets and transportation
・Scheduling appointments, co-ordinate meetings, organising conferences and cocktail receptions, etc.
・Co-ordinate and update Master Shared Calendar with CEO’s movements / leave etc.
・Assist the HRA division with coordinating company events
・Maintaining Clients/Reinsurers database and library
・Preparing Presentation Materials for CEO
・Handle highly confidential documents and information.
・Preparation of correspondence as well as drafting letters, memorandums, etc, in both Japanese and English
・General secretarial and administrative duties and any other ad hoc matters as delegated by the CEO
Requirements
・基本的なパソコンスキルをお持ちの方(社長のスケジュール管理や簡単な資料作成のため)
・英語ビジネスレベル(社内外のコミュニケーションのため)
・日本語ネイティブレベル(CEOや日本拠点とのコミュニケーションのため)
・日本の企業文化への理解
・タイムマネジメントがしっかりとできる方
・Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
・Fluency in spoken and written Japanese / English is essential in order to communicate with Japan’s office)
・Good Communication skills
・Ability to work independently
・Ability to prioritise work, commit to given tasks, exercise confidentiality and adhere to deadlines
・Strong Microsoft Office skills
・Excellent attention to details
・Good Telephone etiquette
・Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
・Customer service oriented
