Our Client: Our client is one of the leading Furniture Rental/ Leasing companies in Japan. They are looking for a Customer Service Orientated individual to join their Singapore office as a Part Time Assistant (Japanese Speaking). The Responsibilities: • Liaise with customers on item selection, contract terms, logistics arrangements etc • Handle business partners' and customers’ claims and general inquiries • Liaise with vendors on item order, payment, logistics etc • Administrative works on document preparation on contracts and invoices and monthly P&L statement preparation • Other duties as assigned
