Job Description
【業務内容 】
アセアン出張が多いマネジメント1名の秘書業務に従事頂ける方を募集しております。
長く働いて頂いた方が帰国となり、1名欠員が出たため、募集をさせて頂くことになりました。
割合は営業サポート3割に対し、秘書業務は7割。
マネジメントの秘書として、スケジュール調整や顧客対応サポート、メール・電話対応、
資料作成(パワーポイントなど)に従事頂きます。
【Key Point】
1. 社内コミュニケーションが上手にできる方:社内はローカルスタッフが主なので、「彼/彼女らとよい関係性を築き、必要があれば代わりに日本本社に確認をとる」、「本社からの日本語での文書やツールを英語でわかりやすく説明をする」などのサポートを率先してして頂ける方
2. 日本人クライアントとのやりとり:日本からシンガポールへ、視察や地元企業への訪問が入ることがあるので、その間のサポートを率先してして頂ける方
