Our Client: Our client is an ICT solutions company and is actively looking for a Presales Consultant to provide consultation, solutions, and product knowledge to support the sales team. The Responsibilities: • Identify customer business and technical requirements to generate sales opportunities • Responsible to propose and design solutions to maximize customer investment and satisfaction • Ensure the most suitable solutions involving up-to-date products and services are able to address customers’ needs • Work closely with business partners and post sales team • Continue to provide good service to both new and existing customers
