Product Category Executive

Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese companies, specialising in Medical equipment for both professional and home use. They are actively looking for a Product Category Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
•	Assist in the implementation and management of strategic marketing campaigns to support product category growth.
•	Work closely with local marketing managers, sales teams, and business partners to help execute brand activation plans, focusing on promotion, pricing, place, and product.
•	Support the collection and analysis of market research data to understand current market conditions and competitor activities.
•	Assist in compiling market insights, including market landscape analysis and share of market tracking.
•	Assist in tracking product category targets such as market penetration and sales performance.
•	Support the identification of new market opportunities by working with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers.
•	Aid in coordinating all phases of new product development, including research, design, pricing, marketing, sales, and distribution.
•	Support the implementation of new product launches to ensure timely market entry.
•	Cross-Functional Coordination:
•	Serve as the central coordinator between the HQ product planning team, R&D, sales, supply chain, and QA/RA/TCS teams for product-related projects.
•	Help ensure alignment across teams for cohesive product strategy execution.
•	Budget Management Assistance:
•	Support the execution of marketing plans within the approved budget to optimize resource allocation.
•	Assist in executing new product launch activities in collaboration with HQ, sales, supply chain management, and QA/RA/TCS teams.
•	Help ensure seamless implementation of product strategies by leveraging cross-functional support

The Requirements:
•	Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing and/or engineering or equivalent professional qualification
•	At least 2-4 years of working experience
•	Trained in some level of customer and market research and project management
•	Independent self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
•	Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
