Our Client: Our client is one of the top Japanese companies, specialising in Medical equipment for both professional and home use. They are actively looking for a Product Category Executive to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation and management of strategic marketing campaigns to support product category growth. • Work closely with local marketing managers, sales teams, and business partners to help execute brand activation plans, focusing on promotion, pricing, place, and product. • Support the collection and analysis of market research data to understand current market conditions and competitor activities. • Assist in compiling market insights, including market landscape analysis and share of market tracking. • Assist in tracking product category targets such as market penetration and sales performance. • Support the identification of new market opportunities by working with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers. • Aid in coordinating all phases of new product development, including research, design, pricing, marketing, sales, and distribution. • Support the implementation of new product launches to ensure timely market entry. • Cross-Functional Coordination: • Serve as the central coordinator between the HQ product planning team, R&D, sales, supply chain, and QA/RA/TCS teams for product-related projects. • Help ensure alignment across teams for cohesive product strategy execution. • Budget Management Assistance: • Support the execution of marketing plans within the approved budget to optimize resource allocation. • Assist in executing new product launch activities in collaboration with HQ, sales, supply chain management, and QA/RA/TCS teams. • Help ensure seamless implementation of product strategies by leveraging cross-functional support
