Job Description
Purchasing
1. Manage orders and the ordering system
2. Liaise with suppliers on stock and ordering matters
3. Handle and resolve outlet enquiries on stock and ordering matters
4. Review Purchase Orders and invoices, rectify any discrepancy issues promptly
5. Facilitate the payment process and work with the relevant parties whenever necessary
6. Manage overseas imports, process orders and facilitate the importing process
7. Manage warehouse inventory and maintain the stock level in the warehouse
8. Assist the Manager in reviewing and sourcing for new suppliers and products
Product Development
9. Review and analyse the performance of menu items on a regular basis
10. Manage and update the order rate reports on a regular basis
11. Support and facilitate the launch of new menu and/or the change of menu from time to time
12. Review and revise the kitchen cooking guides whenever necessary
13. Visit outlets to review the kitchen operational procedures
14. Undergo training at outlet kitchen to familiarize with the kitchen operations
15. Provide ideas of new menu items and assist the Manager in introducing new menu itemAnd other
Requirements
English proficiency to do operation
Japanese language (JLPT3 and above level)*Liaise with Japan HQ (exchange documents)
Proactive, positive mindset
Able to do store operation once a week to learn operation
