Job Description
【業務内容】
・Be the domain expert in point platform and be able to recommend improvement solutions
・Develop deep understanding of our platform vision, mission and business model
・Build a strong relation with team members including tech leaders and architects, developers and other team engineers
・Execute the plan and lead its delivery with clear acceptance criteria for app
・Able to quickly understand and assess complex issues in order to take the right decision
・Be a role model to the team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity and taking responsibility

Requirements

＜必須＞
・Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
・3+ years of experience in web system development or smartphone app
・Experience in KPI-driven service development
・Experience writing requirement specifications & acceptance criteria
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
・Business level English and Japanese to be able to liaise effectively with native English and Japanese colleagues and business associates

・Advanced Degree (MS or PHD)
・Experience working with clients and business stakeholders to define project scope
・Programming experience
・Experience working on multiple products/projects in parallel
