Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
- Create Japan products for local customers.
- Liaise with overseas agents/ suppliers for travel related products.
- Update existing travel products at least on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain good relation with existing suppliers and airlines .
- Explore more cost competitive suppliers.
- Negotiate with oversea or local suppliers for collaboration.
Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
- Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
- Proficient in Japanese language at intermediate level in the purpose of communicating with Japanese client and HQ in Japan
- Possess MS Office knowledge.
- Experience in Travel industry with good knowledge of Japan.
- Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimum supervision.
- Team Player.
- Candidate with practical experience using Abacus system preferred.
Additional Job Information
Working Schedule:
A Shift: 10:15 – 19:15, B Shift: 11:30 – 20:30, C Shift: 10:15 – 20:15
Salary:
Up to S$2800 (depending on experience)
