Our Client:
Our client is one of the growing Industrial Gases manufacturing MNC based in Japan. They are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to work as Productivity Manager/ Assistant Vice President, for their regional HQ in Singapore. 

The Responsibilities:
•	Responsible for developing and implementing productivity projects in group companies in Southeast Asia & India
•	Partner with all stakeholders to implement projects to achieve operating income improvements
•	Provide leadership and directions to project teams through coaching and mentoring, and provide guidnace as Subject Matter Expert, as a resource to improve culture and drive efficiency
•	Ensure alignment of regional productivity initiatives with regional strategies and financial objectives
•	Drive continuous improvement culture across all group companies in Southeast Asia & India
•	Collaborate with digital transformation efforts in operations, with a focus on integrating innovative tools to enhance productivity
•	Project coordination with Group companies under group companies in Southeast Asia & India
•	Alignment of Productivity strategy within the Corporation
•	Replicates best-in-class projects in collaboration with other subsidiaries 
•	Foster relationships with external stakeholders, such as third-party vendors, to integrate new solutions and training that can enhance project outcomes

The Requirements:
•	Years of direct management & work experience in industrial gas production or related industries
•	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management / Business
•	Demonstrated history of effective communication, presenting to senior leadership and delivering quality work to site management
•	Experience in Operations Excellence or Lean Implementation
•	Possess project management skills
•	Experience in program management will be advantageous
•	Strong facilitation and organization skills, able to lead self, and influential with coaching capability
