The Responsibilities:
・The mission of the position is to lead the project assigned to successful completion within the project schedule & scope as well as obtain the targeted profit, and achieve high customer satisfaction
・Areas of Focus / Main Duties / Projects, etc. (List out the duties & responsibility and respective weightage, 100% in total)
・Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, JV Partner, and/or sub- contractors which is not able to be handled by subordinates (50%)
・Direct project team members to achieve targets of safety, quality, profit and timely completion of the project. To monitor the progress of the project according to the targets set (35%)
・Identify key staff to lead the project and delegate responsibilities. Provide guidance and direction to staff for them to work towards the targets set (5%)
・Personnel management and development (5%)
・Oversee the tender works including provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization (5%)

The Requirements:
・Minimum 10 years of engineering with recognized degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
・At least 5 years of experience in managing building construction works
・Minimum 5 years of experience with Singapore local authorities
・Completed 1 full cycle of a project with at least S$30mil contract value as a managerial staff (e.g. construction manager)
・Experiences in JV projects which consist of foreign companies (e.g. Chinese, Korean, European construction companies)
