The Responsibilities:
• Prepare proposal and budget estimates for new contracts / tenders.
• Assist in the Variation Orders (VO) for ongoing projects.
• Develop, review and monitor the compliance of the tender and contracts policies and guidelines, in line with the industry's best practice.
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on project requirement.
• Work closely with QS / Tender team in preparation of tender submission.
• Work closely with the project teams in VOs verification
• Evaluate quotation, assess variation order (VO), escalation, abortive work, measure quantities / taking off and accounts finalization.

The Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably majoring in MEP trade or Mechanical
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with prior cost estimation experience in a M&E construction environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze issues and creatively identify solutions
• High level of initiative, independent, proactive and meticulous
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willingness to work beyond official hours to meet tender tight timelines
• Well verse in Microsoft Excel
