Our Client: Our client is an established Japanese firm, specialising in lifts, elevators and escalators. They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Quality Assurance Officer. The Responsibilities: • Assist the manage/senior engineer in all technical aspect of the equipment • Plan, co-ordinate and perform inspection works on newly installed and existing equipment under maintenance contracts. • Attend to safety and performance-related breakdowns of equipment • Plan and implement of new measures to improve performance of equipment • Investigate and submit report on the technical failures of equipment • Act as calibration committee member when assigned by senior manager and to ensure all instruments within the department are properly documented and calibrated • Assist in technical training of subordinates within the department • Any other duties as assigned by superior
