Our Client: Our client is one of the top electrical and electronics sales companies with its headquarters in Japan. Their main focus is in Living and Industrial Products. Their Singapore office is looking for a Regional HR Executive to join their Asia Corporate team. The Responsibilities: • Handle full spectrum HR activities and processes such as manpower planning including recruitment, learning & development, on-boarding, employee exit management, and welfare administration of all employees in the region • Support development and delivery of HR strategy and implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programs • Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements • Ensure alignment of HR policies, tools and processes at group level • Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, interviewing, offering, on-boarding • Developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws • Work with payroll service provider for monthly payroll, local income tax for the regional countries • Provide HR advisory to employees/managers in compliance with employment laws • Roll-out Global/Regional HR initiatives and participates in key HR projects • Other ad-hoc duties & reports as assigned
