Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales operations Manager to act as a strong bridge between regional headquarters and our sales teams present on around 10 countries in the ASEAN region.
• Communicate & Coordinate with sales teams from diverse backgrounds
• Coach & standardize sales practices across the region
• Lead adoption of digital transformation tools such as CRM systems etc
• Set targets in close collaboration with senior management and sales teams
• Closely Track and monitor sales progress vs targets, KPIs etc
• Make sense of the noise and create actionable strategies along with senior management for improving sales pipelines
• Create presentation material for C- Suite / Senior Management
Requirements
• Around 5 years of experience in managing regional sales or a similar corporate role
• Strong people skills - experience in managing people (direct or indirect reporting lines)
• Proven experience of handling high stakes communications & clients
• Some background of B to B sales with consistently meeting targets
• Experience in dealing with reports from CRM systems / Sales Data
• Good analytical capabilities & number crunching aptitude
• Ability to articulate and present thoughts clearly to senior management
• Decent communication skills in both oral and written Japanese is required to liaise with Native Japanese speaking clients and corporates
