Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

顧客と専門アドバイザーを繋ぐお仕事です。
アジア・アセアンのマーケット情報や専門情報が必要な日本の法人顧客に対して、社内・外あらゆるソースを使って最適な経歴の最適な知識を持った最適なアドバイザーを見つけ出し、リクルーティングをしプロジェクトに参加してもらい、顧客の要望に応じたプロジェクトを成立させるのがあなたの仕事です。

具体的には
―顧客のニーズをヒアリング
―最適な専門家をサーチし、あらゆる方法でアプローチ
―専門家のリクルーティング の3つをお願いいたします。
お客様の業界は様々ですが、コンサルティング会社、アセットマネジメント会社、ヘッジファンド、プライベート・エクイティ・ファンド、その他調査会社からの依頼が多いです。
顧客と対等に話すため、打ち合わせの前に依頼されたプロジェクトの業界に対するリサーチをし、知識を補充する事、プロジェクトの概要を把握し、どのような経歴のどのような専門家が最適なのかをクリアにし顧客と摺合せをする事、要望に合った専門家を探し出し、コールドコールや紹介などあらゆる方法を使いリーチし、プロジェクトに参加するように交渉をし、合意を貰う事が必要です。プロジェクトはいくつか同時に進行をするため、マルチタスクで早いペースで仕事ができる方を求めています。
