Our Client: Our client is one of the top Paint Coatings companies, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a Sales Admin Coordinator to join their Singapore office. The Responsibilities: • Provide service to our customers and to support the whole Sales Department team • Handle inquiries and addressing concerns related to the company's products or services • Understanding customer needs and requirements • Generating quotations based on customer requirements • Ensure Shipping document/ Order sheet forms are executed in a timely manner • Arrange Courier services and Ensure timely delivery of goods and services • Ad-hoc administration duties as deemed necessary
