Our Client: Our client is one of the top Japanese brands in Communication Systems, from simple door-answering units to complex microprocessor-based commercial systems. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore office as a Sales Coordinator. The Responsibilities: • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness • Coordinate between the sales team by managing and filing documents and communicating relevant information • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
