Our Client: Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders specialising in Marine Engines. They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: • Communicate with our customers and business partners to solve engine troubles by email and phone. • Create quotations and sales related reports. • Issue invoices and deliver the invoices to customers. • Key in the information in Daihatsu internal system. • Understanding products, services and the customers’ demands become a bridge between the customers and business partners. • Customer visits for any type of negotiations for our services. • Follow up with customers for quotations and payments ・顧客・取引先対応 ・エンジントラブル対応 ・見積書・営業関連レポート作成 ・請求書発行・送付 ・社内システム入力 ・製品・サービス理解を深め、顧客と取引先の橋渡し ・顧客訪問・サービス交渉 ・見積・支払いフォローアップ
