Our Client: Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders providing Fluid and Precsion Machinery to the various industries. They are actively seeking for a Sales Engineer – Component Sales to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Introduce and promote company’s products and services to new and existing customers • Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities • Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and maximizing customer retention • Attend and follow-ups to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction • Able to handle customers’ complaints and follow up purchase order etc • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • On-the-job training will be provided
