仕事の内容

• 既存の顧客(例:個人顧客、会社のMDや総務)と関係維持、新規顧客を開拓
• 顧客向けの物件調査、計画、内見の実施
• 物件の内見や退去時に顧客に同行
• 水漏れ、設備故障、鍵の紛失などのテナントの問題に対応および支援
• 契約書、賃貸契約、解約書、クローズステートメントなどの必要書類とデータベースの更新
• その他関連業務

• 不動産業者 (Estate Agent: EA) ライセンスを取得していること
• 自動車運転免許
• 不動産エージェントまたは不動産営業の実務経験
• 必要に応じて、夕方や週末に勤務できること(代休取得可能)
