Our Client: Our client is one of the Top Japanese companies in the Freight Transportation and Wholesales Trade industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager, fluency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: Sales Management: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities • Manage and lead the sales to meet or exceed sales targets • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service • Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve service delivery Wholesale Operations: • Develop strategies to expand wholesale distribution channels • Negotiate contracts and pricing with wholesale customers & suppliers • Manage relationships with wholesale clients & suppliers to ensure repeat business and loyalty • Monitor wholesale sales performance and address any issues that arise • Identify new market opportunities for wholesale products • Develop and implement plans to enter new markets such as E commerce 営業管理業務: 1. 営業戦略の立案: • 会社の目標達成に向けて営業戦略を立案・実行 • 市場動向や顧客ニーズを分析し、新しいビジネス機会を見出す 2. 営業業務: • 営業チームをリードし、売上目標の達成を推進 • 営業成績のモニタリングおよび経営陣に経過報告 • 既存顧客との関係性強化 3. 顧客関係管理: • 顧客満足度を高めるため、優れたサービスを提供 • 顧客のトラブルやクレームに迅速かつプロフェッショナルに対応 • 顧客からのフィードバックを収集し、サービス改善に活用 卸売業務: 1. 卸売戦略の立案&展開 • 卸売流通チャネルの拡大に向けた戦略を立案し、実行 • 卸売のお客様やサプライヤーとの契約交渉や価格交渉 2. 取引先の管理とサポート • 卸売の取引先との関係構築、管理 • 卸売の売上管理 3. 市場の開拓と拡大 • 卸売商品の新しい市場開拓 • ECなどの新しい市場への進出計画、実行
