仕事の内容
Our Client: Our client is an established Japanese company, well known for their Dairy Products. They are currently looking for an experience Sales Manager to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers. The Responsibilities: • Expand the market for our dairy products in Singapore and the ASEAN region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) • Develop and create mid-to-long-term sales plans and budgets • Communicate and coordinate with the headquarters in Japan • Plan, implement, and disseminate departmental business improvements • Provide suggestions, advice, and guidance to junior staff through sales activities • Regularly review the progress of plans and budget expenditures and take necessary measures • Report regularly to the board of directors and other relevant parties • Perform other duties as generally deemed necessary ・シンガポールおよびASEAN地域での乳製品市場拡大 ・販売計画・予算の策定 ・日本本社との連携 ・業務改善の立案・実施 ・部下への指導・サポート ・計画・予算の進捗管理 ・取締役会への報告 ・その他関連業務
