Our client is a major manufacturer with HQ based in Japan.

Job Description
We are currently looking for a sales support officer/executive to:

1.Being a window to all Japanese customers:
(a)Sales Support: Follow-up on all current business with Japanese customers, monitor customers’ sales forecast and develop new project progress
(b)Product Transfer/Modification Project – Support the project team for all new and existing model from China

2.Reporting Sales Budget, Target and Result
(a)Periodically visit to customer, to collect the latest market situation and customer sales information
(b)Conclude customer demand info and report to factory for better purchase arrangement
(c)Follow up with customer for all sudden demand changes and make necessary arrangements

3.Follow-up and support to all quality defective issue
(a)Follow up with customer for every quality issue claim and take necessary actions accordingly
(b)Ad-hoc duties

Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:

-Diploma/Degree holders
-At least 2-3 years of related experience in sales co-ordination/logistics/support with Japanese customers
-Good negotiation and customer service skills, able to take stress
-English, Japanese, Mandarin speaking / English, Japanese writing to liaise with internal and external client who use the said languages
-Proficient in MS Excel
