Our Client: Our client is a well-established global Healthcare company based in Japan. They are currently looking for a Scientific Affairs Officer to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • To provide timely and comprehensive support to our distributors and customers on application-related inquiries • To create high quality scientific marketing materials (e.g. newsletters) for our distributors and customers • To create and conduct high quality presentations on products and latest development of the diagnostic industry to distributors and customers • To organise and participate in events (e.g. exhibitions or webinars) organised to raise awareness on products and services • To create and conduct easy-to-understand product training for members, distributors and customers • To support Sales team and distributors, and when required, liaise with headquarters’ regulatory team on regulatory matters related to medical devices and services • To participate proactively in meetings with other global Scientific Affairs personnel to exchange information for enhancing the overall scientific knowledge
