Our Client: Our client is a financial institution which provides a wide range of financial products and services including senior debt, mezzanine, equity as well as financial advisory services. They are actively seeking for a Secretary to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Perform Secretarial and general administrative duties, including manage reports, correspondence and documents • Assist to claim expense of CEO • Scheduling of meetings/ appointments and ensuring meetings are organized • Handling calls and filing of documents, preparing of meeting materials • Assist to organize travel, transport and accommodation arrangements • Provide administrative support on day-to-day matters • Any other job related duties assigned by the company
