Our client is one of the largest Law Firm, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a Secretary to join their Singapore Office. The Responsibilities: • Arranging meetings, dinners, and business trips • Creating and issuing invoices to clients • Responding to calls and emails from clients • Communication with Tokyo office and other partners • Administrative work (document creation, data entry, etc.) • Document copy/ file creation/ management • Other ad hoc assignments from supervisor • 会議、会食、出張の手配 • クライアントへの請求書の作成と発行 • 東京オフィスや他のパートナーとのコミュニケーション • PC作業(文書作成、データ入力など) • 文書のコピー作成とファイル管理 • その他付随業務
応募条件
