They are currently looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders The Responsibilities: • Posting of Account Receivable, Account Payable, Cash book • Monthly and Quarterly Stravis Report and Sales Report • In House Exchange Rate • Monthly Accounting Schedule • Posting of CO, PO & General Journal • Cashflow report • Bank Reconciliaton • Monthly Creation Syteline Invoice, Debit Note & Credit Note • General Ledger Creation • Main Equipment Down Pyment Reversal • Assisting in payroll • GST reports as well as Bank Evaluation • Coordinate and liaise with external audit company on Transfer pricing & Tax filing • Year End closing Journal ・売掛金・買掛金・キャッシュブック記帳 ・月次・四半期Stravis・売上レポート ・社内為替レート管理 ・月次会計スケジュール作成 ・CO・PO・一般仕訳記帳 ・キャッシュフロー報告 ・銀行勘定調整 ・Syteline請求書・デビットノート・クレジットノート作成 ・総勘定元帳作成 ・設備前払金戻し ・給与計算補助 ・GSTレポート・銀行評価 ・移転価格・税務申告(監査対応) ・年次決算仕訳
