Our Client: Our client is a prominent Japanese IT Consulting company. They are looking for a Senior Consultant, IT PMO Support to join their Singapore Office. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers The Responsibilities: ・Provide PMO support for the core banking system project for our financial services client. ・Formulate and execute communication-related rules and mechanisms to ensure effective collaboration between the Japan headquarters and the Singapore branch. ・Define and implement reporting standards and methods for tracking project progress and deliverables. ・Create and manage task management frameworks, including the master schedule and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). ・Oversee issue, risk, and To-Do management to ensure timely resolution and follow-up. ・金融サービス向けコアバンキングシステムPJのPMO支援 ・日本ーシンガポール間の連携強化のためのコミュニケーションルール策定・運用 ・進捗・成果物管理の報告基準策定・実施 ・マスタースケジュール・WBSなどのタスク管理枠組み構築・運用 ・課題・リスク・To-Do管理と対応フォロー
応募条件
The Requirements: ・Min. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any relevant field. ・Min. of 8 years of relevant working experience in IT PMO support. ・Experience working in the IT department at a Japanese bank. ・Proven experience as a communication hub between Japan headquarters and non-Japan branches (e.g., Singapore or other regions). ・Possess strong business communication skills in both English and Japanese languages (to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients). ・Team-oriented with the ability to handle conflicts and negotiation scenarios. ・ITまたは関連分野の学士以上 ・IT PMO支援経験8年以上 ・日系銀行のIT部門経験 ・日系本社と海外拠点の連携経験(シンガポール等) ・内部、外部の調整・交渉対応力 ・英語ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため) ・日本語ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため) RGF Privacy Policy – https://www.singapore.rgf-professional.com/privacy-policy Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
