Our Client: Our client is one of the Trading companies based in Singapore, looking for a Senior Finance Executive dealing with cashflow and foreign exchange management. The Responsibilities: Fund Management ・Monitoring and recording of cash pooling ・Ensure bank accounts in multiple currencies are adequately funded for payment purpose ・Identify excess fund in bank accounts for short term fixed deposit placement ・Any other funding related matters FX Management ・Front office function for forex execution ・Working with other business and corporate departments on hedging strategies ・Checking and recording of mark-to-market (MTM) statement from banks ・Monitoring of auto update of daily exchange rate in SAP ・Preparation of forex exposure position report Other Duties ・Reconciliation of monthly bank fees ・Liaise with banks on transaction enquiry and KYC matters ・Obtain and update interest rates in SAP ・Input for yearly budget and monthly forecast ・Prepare market updates report and other finance related reports ・Back up for incoming fund clearing and other assigned finance functions ・A key member to support the digitalization of finance operations ・Support any others finance related ad-hoc projects
