Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
Provide Level 1 or Level 2 desktop support experience in OS Installation – Windows 7,8,10 – Backup and data migration.
Drive Technology Standards through adoption of best practices / SOPs and ITIL standards.
Install software operating system and office applications – MS Office , antivirus and relevant hardware drivers.
Prepare self – help guides, procedures for users were feasible and conduct training when necessary.
Provide documentation via excel and tally which computer use which license.
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and intonation.
Monitor job progress and handle all issues that arises.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
Minimum Diploma with at least 3 year prior experience in IT helpdesk or Desktop support function.
Proficiency in windows 7,8,10OS, TCP/IP,WIFI, Data Migration, Printer driver setup and other common office IT equipment devices.
Basic knowledge of Cisco phone system, MS Active Directory and SCCM will be advantageous.
Japanese speaking is mandatory to communicate effectively with japan IT vendor and IT dept in Japan HQ.
