Our Client: Our client is a well-established Office Furniture Manufacturer, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for a Senior Project Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • In-charge of corporate office design & built projects, monitoring projects planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, Interior fit-out coordination. • Liaise with clients on keeping track & control schedules of cost, time & quality, important meet deadlines. • Liaise with subcontractors for follow up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process etc. • Perform & monitor budgeting and expenditure control management. • Familiar with building contractual terms & laws in Singapore. • Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.

The Requirements: • Diploma or Degree Qualification from recognized institution. • At least 2 years working experience in Renovation Project Management and coordination for Japanese clients. • Knowledge of Architectural / Interior Design drawings. • Fluent level of English skill to liaise with external/internal stakeholders. • Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels. • Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline. • Handle site work during weekends (Sat/Sun) if necessary.
