Job Description • Main responsibility: Machine maintenance and onsite setup • Provide expertise relating to installation or maintenance of any machine or equipment • Regular report to maintenance department of HQ in both English & Japanese • Work alongside co-workers to ensure compliance with the organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) • Monthly travel to regional countries (up to 2 weeks) • Conduct duties in a safe and organized matter with high accountability • Other ad-hoc as and when required
Requirements • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Electrical or relevant fields with least 2 years’ working experience • Team player & meticulous and attention in details • Proficiency in Japanese language to attend to Japanese customers and participate in trainings conducted in Japanese in the HQ • Positive attitude in customer servicing
