Our Client: Our client is a well-established Japanese company in the Beauty Industry. They are currently looking for a Store Concierge to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers. The Responsibilities: • Perform aesthetic treatments, including face care, facial massage, and dry Head Spa • Provide professional comprehensive skin and hair analysis advice and reply queries to customers • Translation between Japanese Manager and local customers • Demonstrate professional and high-quality service standards • Administrative work such as cashiering, stock count, cleaning, etc.
