Our Client: Our client is a leading second-hand brand name store in Japan, renowned for its extensive history and commitment to quality. Dedicated to changing societal perceptions of second-hand goods, they aim to cultivate a culture of positivity and contribute significantly to Japan's economic development. They are currently looking for Store Executives to join their ever-growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: ・Fulfil retail responsibilities, which include welcoming customers, providing attentive service to customers and cleaning the store ・Make product recommendations based on customer needs ・Provide excellent service and build long term relationships with customers ・Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with established guidelines ・Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product range ・Maintain a high level of product knowledge of the target customers, product range, industry trends, customization and sales methods to deliver an excellent customer experience ・Process sales transaction with a high degree of accuracy ・Achieve sales targets maximize sales ・Assist with customers after-sales service such as repair, returns or exchange ・Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, including restocking products, tidying shelves and arranging displays ・Process online order for reply, collections and packing as required ・Receiving incoming goods ・Assist with transferring product, inventory and stock counts ・To train talents
