Our Client: Our client is one of the top Japanese manufacturing companies, specialising in Semiconductor-related products. They are currently looking for a Supply Chain Associate to join their Singapore Office. The Responsibilities: • Manage customer orders, process purchase orders, and coordinate customer change orders, forecast, and tax invoicing • Ensure timely order processing, shipping documents and invoicing to customers • Prepare customers for consignment planning, change-order, and forecast planning • Handle email correspondences with customers, suppliers, and forwarders on flight details for shipments • Strengthen customer relationship through excellent service • Maintain accurate documentation related to customers • Prepare documents for monthly closings and stock audits • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
