Our Client: Our client is one of the Electrical and Electronics companies, headquartered in Japan. With 50,000 SKUs under their care, they are one of the most sought out companies within the Electrical industry. They are currently looking for a Warehouse Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: • Warehouse Operations – Support supervisor in the day-to-day operation activities to ensure on-time order fulfilment for inbound and outbound goods • Manpower Planning – Responsible for planning and assigning the warehouse tasks to the Operations staffs (including OT arrangement for staffs) to optimize productivity and efficiency • Inventory Control and Accuracy – Conduct weekly/bi-weekly/monthly inventory cycle count to ensure accuracy of inventory data and resolve discrepancies (if any) between the WMS and physical inventory • Storage Management – Manage storage space and capacity for new and existing stocks to ensure efficient storage utilization • Communication – Collaborate with other departments such as Business Unit and Finance to prepare necessary documents as required by them to meet business objectives and customer needs • Safety Compliance - Practice and engage safe work procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures • Reporting – Submitting weekly inventory report to superior to investigate discrepancies (if any) and prepare/report on any stock adjustment (if required)
