The Responsibilities: • Assist GM to materialise business strategy by carrying out effective planning on the entire business management. • Identify Plating Industry business and market trends, new development, financial to meet business KPI. • Utilize data analytics and conduct thorough market analysis, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats. • Develop and implement effective accounting management in fixed and variable cost, investment and budgeting strategies to support the company's financial goals. • Establish mid & long-term business strategy based on financial data and business forecasting including budget preparation and kick-off meeting presentation. • Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to aid decision-making. • Manage monthly expenses/marginal profit and business profit results to enhance organizational effectiveness and transform it into actionable insights and result oriented. • Provide regular updates on business performance against targets, expert advice and guidance to the Plating's top management team & Japan HQ management. • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategies with the overall business strategy • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned. The Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA). • 10 years of experience in a management accounting or budgeting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team. • Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities to align financial strategies with business objectives • Proficient in the use of accounting system, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external parties.
