IT Risk Manager

【業務内容 / Job Description】
・Responsible to maintain oversight of key IT security risk exposures and mitigating controls, and provide regular management updates (including recommendations) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of IT security controls.
・Perform risk assessments to identify control gaps, executing risk mitigation projects
・Provide support on IT matters relating to regulatory, risk and corporate governance
・Implement technology risk management frameworks (regulatory and organisational wide) and monitor risk components/parameters/reports
・Provide audit and regulatory management in taking charge of audits by internal/external auditors and regulators inspection
・Ensure the sustainability of information security regulatory compliance programs
・Responsible for local and international regulators for Risk management, Information Security, Information Management and Disaster Recovery matters.

【応募要件】
・Min 5 years of relevant experience in IT Risk Management, IT service management, IT Governance and Project Management in the banking finance industry
・Possess strong understanding of Technology Risk Management (TRM) framework and related regulatory compliance requirements of the financial services industry in Singapore
・Demonstrate track record of managing and leading engagements within professional services or consulting environment, combined with ability to coach teams effectively
・Professional certifications such as CISA/CISM/CISSP/CRISC would be added advantage
・Familiar with IT standards and good practices (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, etc)
・Good knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC), information security and IT management
・Strong interpersonal skills when communicating across geographical and cultural boundaries
・Strong project management abilities 
・Ability to present ideas and results to technical and non-technical audiences, which include audit committees and senior management
