Our client is a Japanese business technology company that provides core services in the areas of Cloud Computing Services, Innovation and Creative Ideas Enablement & Promotion, Business Performance Analysis & Intelligence, Social Media & Customer Relationship Management, Contact Centre Solutions, Reputation Management, Adaptive Web Services, as well as the capability of System Integration and Development for organizations of all sizes and industries.
They are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for their Singapore office.
Responsibilities
Assist client’s project and sales.
Provide good report and consultation, communicate with client.
Manage the sales pipeline and sales process progress management.
Assist Manager with strategic planning and pitching of projects
Manage report publishing operation / vendor management.
Creating materials that is useful for the project.
Liaise with Japanese clients and to work closely with Japanese HQ.
Requirement
Minimum 2+ years of experience with minimum Diploma holder.
Candidate should be familiar with Social Media and after sales management skills
Having experience in Proposal creation skills, Vendor control skills and communication management is much preferable.
