Company Overview
Our client is one of the leading multinational distributor of high quality interior fabrics and acoustical wall products for hotels and offices. They are looking for Customer Service to join their team in Singapore office.
Job Description
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
• Provide appropriate and correct information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Attend to stock enquiries, sampling, and coordinate shipment and delivery.
• Processing orders, stock checking, issuing invoices.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Microsoft Office skill, computer literature.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Good organization capabilities with a meticulous eye for details.
Experience in logistics, shipping, import/export matter would be an advantage.
