Account Manager (Japanese Speaking N1-N2) (45K–60K) (SDG-115367)

<Job responsibilities>
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking or English-speaking clients,
ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing
campaigns across various platforms.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for creative and technical teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, Prepare reports, and Provide Data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by proposing new strategies or services.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Make proposals to clients ahead of time
- Lead a team to plan and propose solutions based on the client's business issues
- Other duties as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.
- Japanese conversational high to business level (Communication with Japanese clients and E-email)
- English conversational high level (Communication with Japanese report line, clients, e-mail and documents)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS office, especially Microsoft Excel
<Preferable skills/Experience>
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, social Eye, Statista, project management software, and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding and Experience in digital marketing or digital marketing agency business. (advantage)
- Detail-oriented with Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Have Experience in business development or Sales in marketing business (accepting for consideration)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Hybrid work - 2 days Work From Home, 3 days Work In Office
