Accountant AP/AR (Contract 1 Year) (30K–45K) (SDG-114175)
<Job responsibilities>
- Record purchase invoice, Prepare Payment Voucher, Remittance application, confirm billing placement and follow up further documents, Verify paid documents.
- Record Sales invoice, confirm Payment from customer, Prepare Received Voucher, and follow up further documents
- Reconcile related accounts, Prepare aging/overdue report and others related monthly reports.
- Reconcile VAT, Withholding tax and tax filling to Revenue Department
- Can performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in accounting, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience.
- Have knowledge of taxation both local and oversea
- Conversational high in English to Communicate with internal, email and documents.
- Good computer skill and proficient on Microsoft Office (especially excel).
- High responsibilities, Able to work under pressure and very tight deadlines, work well on documentations.
- Good presentation & Negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving & logical thinking, Analysis
- Good Management skill
- Good TEAM player, good initiative, service mind
- Positive attitude and Accountability
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
• TOEIC at least 550 score
• Experience in D365 system is a plus.
